This workshop is designed for for beginner and intermediate students who are looking to learn and or improve their climbing and inverting skills. In this 90 minute workshop we will work on all things climbing and inverting. From basic climbs to a forearm climb, swing climbing and monkey climbing for the more advanced students. We will learn how to engage your core to develop a successful chopper. We will work our leg hangs from the floor for our beginner levels and aerial choppers for the more advanced students. We will discuss the importance of stacking to prepare you for the more advanced movements. Its my goal to have everyone leaving this class finding success in thier movement at thier level. Join Kim in this one of a kind workshop that will teach you skills that you will be able to take to all your future classes. Please wear pole shorts and bring plenty of water to stay hydrated.
